President Ilham Aliyev issued an executive order on celebrating 110th birthday Azerbaijani professional vocalist, prominent singer and teacher Bulbul.
The head of the state commissioned related bodies to prepare plan of measures for celebrating Bulbul's 110th anniversary in the state level. The plan of measures will be prepared and implemented by Culture and Tourism Ministry, Education Ministry and Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, President's press service told the APA.
