10 prisoners continue hunger strike in Gobustan jail.
Justice Ministry's officer Rafig Ramazanov told the APA that human rights defenders yesterday met with the prisoners and asked them to stop the strike.
Rights defender Chingiz Ganizade told the APA that the prisoners are kept in separate wards. "We asked the prisoners to stop the strike. We also appealed to the jail leadership to allow them meeting in order to discuss stopping the hunger strike," he said.
Nubar Gasimova, sister of one of the protesters Dayanat Kerimov told the APA that they will hold a press conference on April 2 and ask the president to reconsider the cases of protesters.
