Head of Social Political Department of Gakh Executive Office Maharram Mahharamov told APA that construction of modern ATE in Gakh started at the end of last year.

He also noted that Novruz festivals with participation of local people will be held in the region centre tomorrow. Georgia President's mother Giuli Alasanian is also to attend the meetings.
