Heydar Aliyev Palace will be shut down on March 16 for renovation works.
Artist Aygun Beylar's solo concert, Novruz Ceremony and Parni iz Baku have been cancelled, press secretary Rene Torres told APA. He added that Russia's artist Vladimir Vinokur's concert has been rescheduled for March 15. Ukrainian Seryoga will give a concert on March 13.
