Garayev said he believes the current visit by the Saudi Arabian delegation will contribute to further development of cultural relations between the two countries.

The Minister said the guests will be able to closer familiarize themselves with his country's ancient culture.

Saudi Arabia's Minister of Culture and Information, Iyad bin Ameen Madani, expressed his gratitude for extended hospitality.

The Saudi Minister said during his current trip, he already managed to visit the Icheri Sheher (the Inner City) and Maiden Tower in Baku.

"Our countries share many things, including religion and similar traditions. Regular exchange of experience and information is very necessary for us. I believe our meetings will be fruitful, and will give the impetus to development of our ties in the fields of culture and information," the Saudi Minister said. AzerTAg
