Criminal case was launched against Javadaga Sultanov, Baku Police Office former deputy chief, Abdulla Yusifov, public prosecutor said in the trial of Haji Mammadov, former high ranking official of the Interior Ministry Crime Investigation Department by Court of Grave Crimes.
The reason for launching the case was Haji Mammadov's testimony about murdering three persons by Sultanov's order. The case is being investigated. Law Enforcement Bodies told that Javadaga Sultanov left the country some time ago, APA reports.
