UNESCO will organize an International Carpet Symposium devoted to Azerbaijani carpet specialist Letif Kerimov's 100th jubilee in France, Enver Garayev.
He said the symposium will take part in January with the participation of several countries. Letif Kerimov's jubilee will be celebrated at the state level in Baku on November 17. In the jubilee titled "His followers" Kerimov's followers will demonstrate their carpets. The ceremony will continue in the Carpet museum, APA reports.
