According to APA, he has stated that he visited the detention place at the request of Vasif Amirov, close relative of Farhad Aliyev. Elchin Behbudov has stated that, another appeal entered the committee by the Vidadi Mehtiyev.

Stating general condition of the prisoners' detained in the detention place of Bayil to be satisfactory, he said that Vasif Amirov has some complaints.

"Vasif Amirov has stated that he does not complain of leadership of detention place. But during his imprisonment period Interior Ministry associates of the Office against Organized Crime had applied physical pressure on him. Vasif Amirov said that because of that injures now he has some worries and he asks Interior Ministry to take relevant measures."
