Russia Lermontov Society co-chair, coordinator of Moscow State International Institute Caucasus Investigations department Vladimir Zakharov's visit to Azerbaijani territories under occupation have not been financed by Caucasus Democracy Institute Development Fund, President of the Fund Boris Zorkin has stated.
As APA reports, Mr. Zorkin stated that information in Azerbaijani press related to the matter is not true and added that his visit neither in autumn 2005 nor at the invitation of alleged "Artsakh State University" had not been financed by Caucasus Democracy Institute Development Fund. But Armenian press reports Russian scientist to visit Azerbaijani territories under occupation with the financial support of Caucasus Democracy Institute Development Fund.
