Cannibal-maniac was arrested in Barda region of Azerbaijan last week.
According to the information given to west bureau of APA by the residents of the region, a person aged 40-45 got into the automobile marked “VAZ 2106” which carries passengers on Tartar-Barda route and asked the driver to take him to the village Shatirli of Barda.
The person made assault to the driver when the car got to the village. The maniac ate the driver’s ears, injured him hardly by biting his shoulder-blade. The village residents rescued the driver from the maniac. The cannibal-maniac was arrested by the policemen of the police department of Barda region, the fact is investigated.
West bureau of APA was informed by the police department that, no information is given concerning the fact due to the secrecy of the investigation.
