Average monthly temperature will be 1-2 degree lower in February as National Hydrometeorology department of Ecology and Natural Resources ministry informed.
In Baku and Absheron, average monthly temperature will be 1-2 degree warmer, level of precipitation will exceed the norm and will be equal to 21-24 mm in the first half of the month. It will be mainly raining and occasionally snowing.
Average monthly temperature will reach 0-1 degree in Autonomic Republic of Nakhchivan. Fog, snow and strong northwest wind is expected frequently.
