Georgian billionaire Bidzina Ivanishvili intends to establish political party to participate in the Georgian parliamentary elections in 2012.
"I decided to establish a party to participate in the parliamentary elections in 2012," the oligarch said in his statement distributed by "Kartu Group " press service owned by Ivanishvili.
A full text of Ivanishvili 's statement will be distributed on Oct.7.
A month ago Ivanishvili made a statement, in which he criticized President Mikheil Saakashvili and the elections held in the country.
Ivanishvili often appears in a list of 100 richest people in Russia, where he has a business. His property is estimated at $4.8 billion .
Ivanishvili is mainly engaged in charity in Georgia.
