The Coast Guard Department of the Georgian Border Police fined Vasily Polyansky, captain of the fishing seiner to the amount of 500 lari ($ 1 = 1.66 lari). He was detained in the territorial waters of Georgia on September 2, the Georgian Border Police said.
Russian citizen was detained as he violated the border regime in the territorial waters of Georgia.
The captain of the ship was in a state of intoxication, he border police said.
