A protest action " I am also a refugee " will be held in front of the UN Office in Tbilisi on Aug.2. As the "Resistance movement" told Trend, along with them the action of solidarity with refugees will be held by non-governmental organizations, working on refugee issues, initiative group of refugees and politicians.
The protest action’s organizers will inform the UN about how the Georgian authorities treat refugees, how eviction from the objects of compact settlement is carried out.
The action participants will hand over written claims and demands to the UN mission in Georgia.
