Today, Armenian government approved bill on "State Fingerprint Registration" submitted by Armenian police, which will be put into consideration at the parliament.
The bill aims not only to prevent criminal's emigration but also to identify individuals.
The Armenian police clarified that it's indispensable to identify not only criminals but also individuals in terms of disaster, accident, rescuing operations etc.
It would also be useful for people who are not able to present their personal data duo to disease or other similar reasons.
