09 March 2011 [13:08] - Today.Az

Iranian parliamentarian Kazem Jalali dismissed the report by the European Parliament as lacking any legal value.

Jalali who heads the inter-parliamentarian relations group in Majlis also said the content of the report was provided by the terrorist opposition groups who were hostile towards Iran.

He said the compiling of the report was managed by a certain person in the European Parliament who is famous there for his very particular relations with Israel.

Saying that the report has gone under 300 cases of amendments so far, he stressed that this in itself proved how fanatic and unrealistic the report was towards the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The parliamentarian further said he has repeatedly asked his counterparts in the European Parliament to get to know the realities of the Iranian society from precise sourses whereas, he said, they tried to get information about the Iranian issues from the propaganda ballyhoo created against Iran.
