Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has been hospitalized with the Nairi medical center due to fluctuations in blood pressure. He will be discharged from the hospital in the next few hours, Deputy Director General of the medical center Siranush Martirosyan said.

"At the moment the state of the Prime Minister is stable. He feels good. He will be discharged from the hospital in the next few hours," she said.

She said the Prime Minister was admitted to hospital with high blood pressure at about noon on Friday.
 
“We conducted all necessary examination and procedures. There are no serious health problems for the prime minister.”

"Fall in blood pressure is normal and can happen to any healthy person," Martirosyan added.

In turn, Spokesman for the Prime Minister Aram Ananian ruled out possibility of PM’s resignation for health reasons.
