Georgian figure skater Elene Gedevanishvili has taken ninth position after her brief program in the Vancouver`s Pacific Coliseum.
Elene has a very impressive beginning; she landed a triple toe loop combination and finished with a personal-best 61.92 points for ninth place.
Elene's supporters assembled in the Ice palace of Zugdidi yesterday to watch their compatriot dancing on the ice at the Winter Olympic 2010.
The winners of the Batumi figure skating contest were among the spectators last night.
