"At present, no sanctions will affect Iran", Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmedinejad said at a press-conference.
He also added that all the sanctions used in the past 30 years, and severe conditions led exclusively to Iran's progress.
"If any state decides to harm Iranian people, we will not respond as in the past statements, we will respond with concrete actions", Ahmedinejad said.
He has not specified what concrete steps Iran will take in response to sanctions.
