Iran police will observe text messages and emails that encourage protests and rioters, Tehran police chief said.

"SMS and Emails that encourage demonstrations will be controlled and observed while the organizers of illegal protests committing a crime and face heavy penalty," Tehran Police chief Ahmadi Mogadham said.

Mogadam underlined the terrorist attack who martyred nuclear scientist.

"All of us were informed of the terrorist attack but we thought it will be on the facilities."

"The Intelligence Ministry reviewing the case and police cooperate with the body to identify the suspects," he said.
