Issues related to domestic security were high on agenda of the weekly meeting between Erdogan and Basbug in Ankara.

Issues related to domestic security were high on agenda of the weekly meeting between Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and General Staff Chief Gen. Ilker Basbug in Ankara on Thursday.

The General Staff said in a statement posted on its web-site that the weekly meeting took place at the General Staff Headquarters with the participation of the prime minister, the justice minister and the interior minister.

"Domestic security-related issues and several other issues were high on agenda of the meeting," the statement added.
