An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 jolted 93 km west of Tobelo, Indonesia at 21:51:41 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said, Trend reports citing Xinhua.

The epicenter, with a depth of 56.26 km, was initially determined to be at 1.7585 degrees north latitude and 127.1726 degrees east longitude.
