Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in a message expressed congratulations over holding successful local and municipality elections, Trend reported citing IRNA.

In his message to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdo?an, Rouhani described the recent elections as indication of Turkish people’s participation in determining their fate and rule of democracy.

He also wished happiness and dignity for Turkish brothers and friends.
