Six and Iran approved the concept of parallel lifting sanctions and retaliatory actions of Tehran in its nuclear program, Iran’s senior diplomatic source told reporters, RIA Novosti reported.

"The concept has been already agreed,” he said. “The matter rests in a parallel process. Only details remain."

The source said the matter rests in describing these decisions on paper.
