Finance Minister Nodar Khaduri is on a working visit to the U.S.
As reported on Monday by the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, the Deputy Minister David Lezhava is also in America.
The visit includes meetings at the State Department, the Treasury Department, the "Millennium Challenges" corporation, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
The parties will discuss projects implemented through U.S. financial support and international financial institutions, as well as prospects for enhanced cooperation.
During the visit, Khaduri will hold meetings in OPIC (Financial Corporation of the U.S. government providing assistance to American investments abroad) and the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
At a meeting with investors, minister will talk about the investment potential of Georgia.
Working visit will end on February 4.
