French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius is planned to visit Azerbaijan in the first half of 2013, French Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Pascal Meunier told reporters on Monday.
He said that issues of bilateral cooperation and urgent international issues will be discussed within the visit.
