From June 28 Iranian airline ATA Airlines launches flights from two Iranian cities to Georgia.

The planes of the Iranian airline will fly from Tehran to the Batumi airport on Monday and Thursday, and from Tabriz - on Thursdays, Turkish company TAV Georgia controlling Tbilisi and Batumi international airports told Trend today.

The airline makes flights to Georgia on the Earbas 320 airliner and promises comfortable and safe flights to passengers.

"TAV Georgia" General Manager hopes for a sharp increase in the number of tourists from Iran due to opening new airlines.

ATA Airlines appeared in the Georgian market in March 2011 and flew only to Tbilisi.
