A protest action of the Turks and Azerbaijanis against U.S. President Barack Obama's speech on the so-called "Armenian genocide" was held in front of the U.S. Embassy in Ankara on Wednesday, CNN Turk TV channel reported.

Protesters demanded a fair investigation into the 1915 events and the international community's refusal to recognize the lie on the so-called "Armenian genocide".

They also urged the international community and in particular the U.S. to investigate murder of hundreds of Khojaly residents by the Armenian militarists.

Armenia and the Armenian lobby claim that the predecessor of the Turkey - Ottoman Empire had committed the 1915 genocide against the Armenians living in Anadolu, and achieved recognition of the "Armenian Genocide" by the parliaments of several countries.
