She said Novruz was declared as the national holiday and non-working day by the Georgian president’s order last year: “Novruz holiday will be widely celebrated by the support of Georgian government. I don’t want to announce the details of this beautiful festival in advance. I can only say that the Georgian president, the Governorship of Kvemo-Kartli region and authorities of the region have interesting festival plans”.

The state minister said that the residents of the region would be satisfied with these festivities. “There are many holidays in Georgia. But Novruz differs for its features. This holiday will be interesting and attractive. At the same time this holiday will be celebrated in all regions of Georgia, but of course, the epicenter will be the regions where our Azerbaijani citizens live densely”.
