Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov met Tuesday with Foreign Minister of Lithuania Audronius Ažubalis on the sidelines of the OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting here. Both sides noted Lithuania-Azerbaijan ties are steadily developing. The meeting resulted in signing of the agreement on visa-free travel for holders of diplomatic passports.
