Russia, as the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair, calls on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict sides to profit by proposals that have been recently developed as a result of the conflict parties' contacts with Russian President Medvedev, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at the OSCE Ministerial Council's meeting in Vilnius. "These proposals were also supported in a joint statement made by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries in Deauville in May 2011," Lavrov said.
