Vice President of the European Commission, Commissioner for Transport Siim Kallas said the European Union wants a change in status-quo in the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
The European Union is aware of political problems in South Caucasus, Kallas said at yesterday's press conference. He said the Nagorno-Karabakh problem should be solved with participation of both parties. Kallas added the European Union has repeatedly expressed concern over the existence of status-quo in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
