Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov paid a working visit to Vienna, Austria.
Azimov held a series of meetings with ambassadors of the OSCE member states and representatives of organization`s secretariat, gave interview to the local media.
Deputy FM also made report on Azerbaijan`s security policy at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna and attended OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation.
In Vienna meetings, Azimov spoke of achievements achieved in Azerbaijan over the past 20 years of independence, country`s energy policy, OSCE-Azerbaijan cooperation, security priorities, Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and other issues. -
The Deputy FM stressed the importance of strengthening ties with the OSCE.
Azimov suggested holding a number of events on the 20th anniversary of Azerbaijan`s OSCE membership in Vienna and Azerbaijan.
