Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev has sent today congratulatory letter to Tony Tan Keng Yam, as he won presidential election in Singapore.
“I am hopeful that Azerbaijani-Singaporean relations of friendship and cooperation will permanently develop in accordance with the interests of our peoples. I wish you good health, happiness and every success in your activities in the name of the prosperity of the friendly people of Singapore,” the letter runs.
