Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to assign a personal scholarship to Kamil Mammadov today.
A scholarship is assigned for the merits in developing Azerbaijan economy. The Cabinet of Ministers is charged with resolving the issues arising from this order.
