Azerbaijani ambassador to Latvia Elman Zeynalov has participated in an inauguration ceremony of the country`s President Andris Berzins.
After the inauguration, President Berzins and Zeynalov had a conversation. The ambassador handed over a congratulatory letter of Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev to the Latvian President.
The Azeri diplomat expressed confidence relations between the two countries would continue to develop.
