Several Kuwaiti newspapers have published articles highlighting a military parade staged by Azerbaijan to mark the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the country`s Armed Forces.
The articles published in Kuwait Times, Arab Times and Al-Kuwaytiyyah said the parade was the largest since Azerbaijan`s regaining its independence.
The articles featured quotes from President Ilham Aliyev`s speech at the parade. The newspapers also highlighted the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, saying Armenia occupied 20% of Azerbijan`s lands.
The articles praised Azerbaijan`s military power, and said the country was capable of liberating its occupied territories.
