President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order to grant Nisa Gasimova the personal stipend of the President of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.
The stipend was granted to Gasimova for her merits in development of musical culture of Azerbaijan.
