Monitoring will be held on the contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces in the west of the Tapgaragoyunlu village in the Goranboy region on May 4, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported. The monitoring will be held under a mandate of the OSCE chairman.

The monitoring will be held on the Azerbaijani side by the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative Andrzej Kasprzyk's field assistants Imre Platinus, Antal Herdich and OSCE High-Level Planning Group representative, Lieutenant Colonel Michael O'Connor.

The monitoring will be held on the opposite side, which the international community recognizes as Azerbaijani territory, by OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative Andrzej Kasprzyk's field assistants Christo Christov, Marius Puodziunas and OSCE High-Level Planning Group representative, Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Nepokritix.
