Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order awarding Subahir Gurbanov major-general military rank, Azerbaijani President’s official website reported.
The chief of the Azerbaijani National Security Ministry’s Head Department on Combating Transnational Organized Crime Subahir Gurbanov was awarded major-general military rank in accordance with the Point.24 of the Article.109 of the Azerbaijani Constitution.
