A monument to Azerbaijan's national leader Heydar Aliyev will be erected in Tarsus town in Turkey. Member of Azerbaijan Millis Majlis Huseynbala Miralamov has left for Turkey to attend the ceremony on the occasion.
During the visit, Miralamov is also expected to attend several events to be held in Istanbul.
