Member of Azerbaijan Parliament (Milli Majlis) Elman Mammadov will be visiting Ankara to attend a conference on the 19th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.
The conference will be co-organized by the Turkish Center for International Relations and Strategic Analysis and Azerbaijani Embassy. Mammadov will also participate in several events to be held in Ankara on savageries committed by Armenians against the Azerbaijani people.
