On the occasion of Khojaly genocide, the seminar under title “Lesson from Tragedy” will be held on the initiative of the Norwegian Azerbaijanis Youth Organization (NAYO) on February 24 at Holocaust Center, Norway. At the same time, photo exhibition related to the mentioned tragedy prepared by Heydar Aliyev Foundation will be demonstrated on that day.

APA reports that Azerbaijani Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Norway Rafael Ibrahimov will attend the seminar as honorable guest and speak about Khojaly genocide and its results. Members of NAYO, representatives of Norwegian government, Norwegian and foreign political analysts, professors, local, as well as students studying in Norway, media representatives will attend the seminar.

“Our main purpose is to convey historical facts about Khojaly genocide to both Norwegians and representatives of other nations. Historical tragedies committed against our nations gave a chance to understand a lot of issues. Each Azerbaijani, especially each young must try to demonstrate genocide policy of our nasty neighbor to the whole world, to the world community”, chairman of NAYO Ramil Aliyev said at the extraordinary meeting held in connection with the seminar.
