There is no fact of Iran's interference in the internal affairs of Azerbaijan, Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohammad Bagir Behrami told journalists on Wednesday.

Behrami expressed his attitude to the programs broadcasted recently on the Iranian television "Seher-2", noting that both countries' some media outlets cover matters, in which they are not particularly knowledgeable.

"The Azerbaijani and Iranian presidents' will aimed at strengthening of the bilateral friendship. We urge the media outlets to build the structure of its activities in this direction," Behrami said.

"There are such media structures in Azerbaijan that relate to Iran much worse than the channel "Seher-2" to Azerbaijan," he said. "All this is done by the U.S. and Israel to destroy the friendship between the two countries. I advise the both countries' media to act in accordance with the will of the presidents of the two countries. Our presidents address each other with the word "Brother." And we must help the development of fraternal ties. The future will show that all of this - the work of the United States and Israel, and their own reputation will be spoiled by it," he added.

Regarding the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Behrami said Iran has always supported Azerbaijan at the international and regional organizations. "We will make every effort in resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict peacefully. We use all our potential for solving this conflict. If we turn our attention to questions of that time, then the U.S. and Israel are directly involved in the occurrence of the conflict, the occupation of Shusha," he added.
