President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has telephoned to Georgian counterpart Mikheil Saakashvili on December 21.
President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the Georgian leader on his birthday and wished him good health and success in his activities. Mikheil Saakashvili thanked the Head of State for his attention and congratulations.
