The Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Ukraine Eynulla Madatli met member of the Verkhovnaya Rada of Ukraine, Head of the Ukraine-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Friendship Group Edward Zeynalov.
The Azerbaijani diplomat said that the Yeni Azerbaijan party made a clean sweep of recent parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan. According to Madatli, cooperation between the parliaments of Azerbaijan and Ukraine will be given a renewed impetus.
Edward Zeynalov said he will do his best for the further expansion and deepening of inter-parliamentary cooperation of two friendly independent states. Also he invited members of Ukraine-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Friendship Group to visit Ukraine in the near future.
