No publication is capable of negatively affecting the fraternal ties between Azerbaijan and Turkey, the Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan said today.
"I am not familiar with Turgut Er and I have not read his publications," Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic told Trend. "Turkey is a country with 75 million people. We do not attach importance to the words of a single person."
Some extracts from the book, "From Freedom to Tyranny," by Turgut Er, a former Turkish diplomat who worked in Azerbaijan, were recently published in the Azadlig newspaper.
