Janez Lenarcic, Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR), will arrive in Azerbaijan on November 5, spokesman for the organization Jens Eschenbacher told APA.
He said Janez Lenarcic will observe the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan on November 7 and stay in Baku by November 9. The schedule of the visit is being defined.
