The registration of observers in the constituencies will complete today at 18:00 (Baku time), spokesman for the Central Election Commission Azer Sariyev told Trend. The constituencies have registered roughly 32,390 people who will monitor the voting.
Sariyev said that the total number of observers, registered in the constituencies, will+ be determined on Nov. 3. The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for November 7, 2010. Previous parliamentary elections were held in November 2005. Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are held by the majority system in 125 constituencies.
