The Azerbaijani Defense Minister and the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Operations for Eastern Europe and Central Asia have discussed the return of the bodies of two Azerbaijani soldiers, the ministry reported.
Minister Safar Abiyev received Pascal Wagner on Tuesday. The sides also discussed the return of prisoners of war.
Noting the importance of developing links with the ICRC, Abiyev said there is currently a serious need for the further expansion of the activity of the Red Cross in the region.
